Grospiron automated work of a warehouse with InStock WMS help

On April 5, 2019 the InStock Technologies company announced automation of a warehouse of the company on production of Grospiron ice cream using the solution InStock WMS.

The company dynamically develops, being positioned in the market as the producer of a natural product of the highest quality. With respect thereto, much attention is paid to storage and shipments of products. The company starts in action additional warehousing capacit with the modern warehouse equipment answering to specifics of products. In warehouses refrigerators frontal, stuffed racks and shattlovy storage systems are installed. The task to manage effectively merchandising and to optimize business processes of different storage systems was set for WMS, considering features of products such as temperature condition of storage, expiration dates, lot-based signs.

The turnover of a trade inventory in shattlovy racks for the seasonal period became a problem of the first stage of implementation. For the purpose of increase in speed of product acceptance the method of the configured decoder of barcodes allowing to enter one scanning all necessary information on goods which is contained in a barcode was applied.
