LWCOM upgraded a wireless network of Wi-fi for country hotel Les Art Resort

On July 17, 2019 it became known that LWCOM upgraded a wireless network of Wi-fi for country hotel LES Art Resort.

The former wireless network of WiFi of hotel complex did not correspond to necessary parameters of speed, availability and performance: there were no necessary quantity and optimal arrangement of access points, and connection was unstable and slow.

Within project implementation by the customer special requirements to the equipment were imposed: Russian-language technical support, high-performance access points both internal, and external, moisture impermeability of points for SPA zones, accurate appearance and convenience of management. As a result of the carried-out pilot tests the solution of Zyxel was selected. The solution included 3 types of access points, including using narrowly targeted and omni-directional antennas, all about 190 access points are involved: in the hotel body — NWA5123 series, in townhouses and cottages — WAC6503D, as street — WAC6553D-E. The NXC5500 controller supporting up to 1024 points is also used.

Specialists of LWCOM executed a radioprospecting of premises of hotel complex for the purpose of finding of optimal zones of installation of access points, performed selection of the equipment, developed technical documentation, supplied the equipment, carried out pilot tests, made installation and a commissioning of the solution. Because full-fledged ready network for communications it was not initial at the customer, the LWCOM command performed installation separate SCS. In turn, the technicians of LES Art Resort carried out tests of the controller regarding functionality, friendliness of the interface and simplicity of administration.

Project implementation took half a year, as a result of the carried-out works in LES Art Resort hotel complex also the WiFi highly productive network with support of seamless roaming for free movement of guests on recreation areas and a possibility of balancing of loading in case of simultaneous use by a large number of wireless clients was organized trusted.
