Content

In 2014 Proyektnaya praktika Group organized Project office for the purpose of ensuring due support of implementation in Moscow of the Active Citizen project.

Prerequisites

Due to constantly increasing population of Moscow and information development of society need of involvement of residents of the capital to participation in management of the city and providing them with an opportunity to make the decisions directed to increase in comfort and convenience of infrastructure of Moscow became obvious. Proceeding from it, spring of 2014 in the capital the Active Citizen project started.

"The active citizen" represents set of electronic referenda on the city problems having several candidate solutions with the system of bonuses for users for active participation and game elements. Thus city authorities liquidate information gap with inhabitants and involve a large number of participants, and citizens participate in management of the city what they can receive different social bonuses for.

Project Progress

Due to the need to implement the project at the highest level of management according to modern standards and methodologies for the benefit of the customer as whom the Moscow Department of Information Technology acted in 2014 forces of staff of Proyektnaya praktika Group organized Project office.

The high efficiency shown by specialists became feature of work on this project: The project office was organized in 1 day and from the first day actively got into gear, having started services of a meeting, recording, KIPR, scheduling. In a week also process of monitoring of the project on terms and indicators was started.

In total during operating time from April to November, 2014 the Project office was engaged:

  • administrative technical support:
    • preparation of regulating documents (letters, instructions, orders) within document flow of the project;
    • rendering consultations to employees of the customer on methodology of project management, work with information systems on project management and preparation of the reporting;
    • providing reporting information on project implementation in a form and a section requested by the customer;

  • preparation and updating of documents:

    • the weekly analytical report about the project course;
    • weekly the status report about the project course;

Project Results

As a result of project works process of preparation of the reporting was organized, the information exchange illustrating achievement of the KPI project is provided.

Thanking including to specialists of Project office the Active Citizen project was positively met by the public and was widely publicized.

According to "Project practice", since the beginning of the project:

  • in the system of electronic referenda more than 860 thousand people, a half of whom — active users of a resource, were registered;
  • more than 400 votes concerning city and territorial levels at which nearly 12.5 million opinions are stated in total are taken;
  • 6 new routes of city transport are started;
  • more than 100 sports grounds are organized.
