2019: Implementation of Cisco Collaboration for Events

Softline implemented the system of a video conferencing Cisco at head office of confectionery holding "Slavyanka". The communication framework allowed the customer to simplify process of communications with partners and between internal divisions. It became known on February 17, 2020.

Slavyanka group - one of the oldest confectionery enterprises of Russia. The holding has geographically distributed structure with head office in Stary Oskol and four factories in different regions. Until recently in the company the VIDEOCONFERENCING separate systems which are not meeting modern requirements of business were used. The management made the decision to optimize communicating process, as the partner of the project the Softline company was selected.

Experts of Softline proposed to the customer the flexible solution for the organization of a video conferencing which is a part of the complex product Cisco Collaboration. In November, 2019 VKS was implemented at head office Slavyanka Group, further a system is going to be scaled for all enterprises of confectionery holding. The implemented platform gives the chance to connect to meetings of the employees using different means of communication (including, the smartphones and rooms equipped with codecs of third-party producers). Safe connection allows to provide reliability of data transmission. As a part of the solution there are products for the organization of a joint working space, fast exchange of documents, to creation of the working groups and also flexible integration with the IP telephony and the solution Skype for Business.

The command of Softline has experience in project implementation using the solution Collaboration of Cisco. The vendor is constantly improved in development of the communication direction, annually releasing products for the organization of productive remote work. Thanks to opportunities of the selected VKS system, professionalism of our command and also high degree of the involvement of representatives of Slavyanka Group into the project, we managed to penetrate deeply into business processes of the customer and to solve the problem facing it, told the manager with large corporate clients of Softline Lidiya Ruzheynikova

Implementation of the VIDEOCONFERENCING this system allowed holding to simplify process of communications with the partners and employees who are in other cities. Speed of approvals and decision making increased on average by 20-25%. The possibility of an operative communication with removed partners allows to avoid inaccuracies in problem definition for contractors and, as a result, to simplify implementation of large-scale projects. We estimated simplicity in process control of negotiations, a user-friendly interface, high quality of audio delivery and the image.
