Orange Business Services transforms a global network of Sony

On July 11, 2019 it became known that the Sony group selected Orange Business Services for consolidation of technology IT infrastructure of two largest divisions of Sony in a single trusted network for the purpose of customer service improvement worldwide. The updated Sony network will integrate over 500 offices more than in 50 countries on five continents, the innovative solution of Orange on creation of software-defined networks SD-WAN will be the cornerstone. Thanks to a possibility of centralized operation by any element of network service rate of network infrastructure, its scalability and security of a company performance will increase.

Orange becomes the global supplier of Sony who is responsible for creation and support to completely automated intelligent network covering all international directions of corporation. The SD-WAN platform will be integrated with support services and the centers of monitoring of incidents of security of Orange.

Corporate applications of Sony in a cloud will be available to use practically to all business divisions and in all regions of presence of the company. Also IT specialists of Sony will be able to connect network services of other suppliers via the single user interface.
