"Formula" will construct a single system of management in "Vitagarant"

2020: Plans of upgrade of information systems

On July 14, 2020 it became known that the Formula group will carry out upgrade of information systems in one of the trading companies of the Russian market of Vitagarant feed additives for the purpose of creation of a single system of enterprise management based on the 1C: Integrated Automation program. This project of digital transformation will be carried out on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and will allow to connect all departments of Vitagarant company in a uniform chain and also to create accurately regulated system of interaction of all managerial divisions.

During the initial stage consultants of Formula group conducted preproject examination as a result of which they in detail simulated business challenges for their subsequent automation. For increase in efficiency of a company performance, performance improvement and efficiency it is going to transfer to "digital rails" control blocks sales, purchases, delivery, customer relations, financial statements, treasury, etc. Also using IT the system of online interaction of the Moscow office "Vitagarant" with regional warehouses for bigger convenience of users of a system, decrease in their labor costs and improvement of an inventory control of goods in the geographically distributed company will be adjusted.

We began cooperation with Formula group with automation of accounting and tax accounting two years ago and now when we had other serious problems on digital transformation, we made the decision to continue work with already proved our partners, – the chief financial officer of Vitagarant company Victoria Podvysotskaya commented.

The beginning of our work on creation of a single system of enterprise management of "Vitagarant" matched a quarantine in Russia and general transition "on an udalyonka", and we will surely consider possibility of similar situations further and we will implement, including, necessary functions of remote document flow that our clients could work effectively, despite difficult calls similar to self-isolation, – the CEO of Formula group Olga Vasilyeva told.
