Unitile

Unitile produces 10 thousand types of a ceramic tile, porcelain tile, decorative elements and dry construction mixes. Three production sites in different regions of the Russian Federation, two divisions on production and processing of raw materials, network of commercial representations across all Russia and the CIS countries, warehouse complexes and the logistic center are a part of holding.

In 2007 the holding occupied nearly a quarter of the market. Its share in 2007 in the market of a ceramic tile and porcelain tile made 22%. If to consider a share of Unitile holding separately on the market of a ceramic tile and separately on the porcelain tile market, then in 2007 it made 17% and 26% respectively. Turnover of holding made 2.7 billion rubles in 2006 and 5.35 billion rubles in the 2007th.

The structure of Unitile holding includes Unitile management company, three plants on production of a ceramic tile, porcelain tile and decorative elements:

• JSC Stroyfarfor (Shakhty),
• JSC PKF Voronezhsky keramichesky zavod, (Voronezh),
• JSC Kvarts (Leningrad Region).

Raw block:

• JSC Vladimirovsky karyer tugoplavkikh glin and
• Ukrroskaolin LLC.
• Brick-works.
• Network of distributor representations — 21 representations in the largest cities of Russia and the CIS countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan).
• Repair and service center Tekhnocentre LLC, production of metalplastic constructions Stroyplast LLC, construction company Inzhstroy LLC, logistic company Translogistik LLC, Cava di Pietra hotel.
