Kvingroup (1C-Rarus: Transport logistics and forwarding)

The 1C-Rarus company completed the project on automation of managerial and operational accounting of Kvingroup LLC. Today the automobile retailer effectively carries out the accounting of activity using the system of programs "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport" and "1C-Rarus: Transport logistics and forwarding". 10 jobs are automated.

Kvingroup is the Russian company working in the field of wholesales of cars, automobile spare parts and accessories. The company exists since 2002, being one of the largest participants of the Russian automobile market. Kvingroup — the official distributor of cars of ZAZ Ltd in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Specialists of data center "1C-Rarus" completed the work on automation of managerial and operational accounting in Kvingroup company. In the company the following system configurations of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" are implemented:

1. Solution "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" for automation of accounting of vehicles:

• Provides complex support of business processes;
• Allows to receive and use information necessary for acceptance of management decisions and ensuring accounting of organization activity.

2. Development "1C-Rarus: Transport logistics and forwarding" for control automation by transportation process.

Software solution "1C-Rarus: The transport logistics and forwarding", having the status "1C: Compatible", allows to perform effectively Kvingroup activity on sections:

• Work of dispatching service (accounting of orders, formation of tasks, processing of waybills);
• Block of accounting of fuels and lubricants, including their issue, calculation of a standard cost and write-off;
• Maintenance point, including maintaining the vehicles given about the park, accounting of units, buses, accumulators, planning of carrying out checkups;
• The financial block (calculation of cost of the rendered services, formation of documents).

Using a product "1C-Rarus: The transport logistics and forwarding" in the company is supported data exchange with an accounting system "1C: Accounting 8".

Specialists of data center "1C-Rarus" set the software on 10 jobs, provided user training.
