1C-Rarus buys VDGB assets
Since the beginning of 2016, 1C-Rarus has acquired shares in two companies based in Yoshkar-ola (Republic of Mari El). In particular, in January, 1C-Rarus acquired 25% of the Author company , which was part of the VDGB group - one of the largest 1C partners in the Volga region, operating on the market for more than 20 years.
The company was renamed 1C-Rarus Yoshkar-Ola, a 1C-Rarus branch in Yoshkar-Ola was created on its basis, the latter said in a statement on this matter. In February, 1C-Rarus also acquired 25% of VDGB LLC , which is part of the group of the same name. The co-founder of this company is also Denis Shemchuk. The company was renamed LLC Circulation Solutions 1C-Rarus. Denis Shemchuk owns a 24% stake in it.

2015: Custom development of mobile applications
On October 16, 2015, 1C-Rarus announced the launch of the direction of custom development of mobile applications.
The company offers customers the development of custom mobile applications: mobile platforms - "1C," iOS and Android.
