ISO 9001
ISO 9001 establishes the compliance of the company's quality management system (QMS) with international and Russian standards. The high level of functioning of CTI QMS testifies to the structuring, consistency of business processes, competent and economically justified organization of work of all divisions of the company, transparency and effective interconnection of processes, high qualification and degree of personnel responsibility. These advantages allow the integrator to maintain a long-term reputation as a stable business partner and confidently master new economic horizons.
ISO 9001:2008
The quality standard ISO 9001:2008 has been adopted in more than 90 countries and is applied regardless of the scope of the enterprise, production volumes and headcount. Its feature is that it is not the quality of products that is certified, but the process of production and management of the company itself. The ISO 9001:2008 certificate is a guarantee of the stability of the organization and allows you to be confident in the prospect of developing your own business.
ISO 9001-2011
GOST ISO 9001-2011 was adopted by the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Protocol No. 48 of 22.12.2011). This is an analogue of the corresponding international standard ISO (International Organization for Standardization), valid in the Russian Federation. The availability of a certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 officially confirms to consumers and partners that all processes in the company comply with the international level, and the solutions and services provided by BSS are high-quality, effective and reliable.
In most countries, certification of the quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 is considered a confirmation of the quality of services provided by the company.
The presence of the company's certificate indicates that the company is well organized, it clearly defines the duties, procedures, the technology of work is observed, there are operational instructions documented and known to all personnel, there are well-established procedures for monitoring the work performed and, of course, professional and well-trained personnel who are able to perform their work efficiently.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 takes this standard to the next level. The main purpose of the changes is to focus on process and risk management. It is assumed that the changes made to the new version of ISO 9001:2015 will create a stable set of requirements for the next ten or more years. This set of requirements will be able to remain unchanged in constantly changing external economic and business conditions.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard contains a number of significant changes compared to ISO 9001:2008, which push organizations to focus as much on process management as possible. The most important accents of the new version: a gradual departure from classic warning and corrective actions and their replacement with a precisely designed and dynamic customer risk management model. And, of course, the practical application of the concept of "context of an organization," which affects its success in the changed economic and political conditions.
Compliance with the standard ISO 9001:2015 of the company's quality management system means that the organization, with an understanding of its context, determined the required inputs and expected outputs of its processes, their sequence and interaction, established performance indicators for each process, ensured the availability of the resources necessary for these processes, distributed responsibilities, responsibility and authority. At the same time, the use of risk-based thinking allowed us to assess the entire system and make the changes necessary to ensure that the company's goals were achieved with the highest probability.
