2015: The wife of the Minister of Communications sold to 1C a share in cloud accounting

In March, 2015 1C announced that it redeemed shares in Nebo company from former co-owners -Startobaza management company and BARS Vencherz investment company.

According to service "Contour-Focus", "Startobaz" which for 100% belongs to the wife of the Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov -to Svetlana Nikiforova, owned 38.5   % of company "Nebo", "BARS Vencherz" the share in 57.7%, and to founders and co-owners of the company Artem Turovtsu and Alexander Kvaratskheliya - on 1.9% belonged.

According to representatives of 1C, their company intends to participate actively in development Sky together with its founders and co-owners who will continue to perform operational management of the project.

1C notes that practice of creation of joint and affiliated enterprises with leaders and perspective commands in adjacent sectors of the market is applied long ago by their firm: "Such strategy allows to provide good dynamics of development of many new directions of business".

"We consider perspective to develop possibilities of cloud automation of small business both on the 1C: Enterprise platform, and using other programs and services created by successful teams of the Russian developers, such as Sky group — the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev said.

According to the director Sky Artem Turovts, partnership with 1C Company became recognition of correctness of efforts of founders of the company and should give a serious impulse to development of the project both from technology, and from the commercial party.

It should be noted that earlier, in November, 2014, it became known that Startobaz left one project - the Kazan startup of Startpack which co-owner was from his basis. As of September, 2014 Startobaz in it owned a share in 10%.
