History

2023: Smartway bought Travelmart

The Russian business travel service Smartway was bought by the Travelmart business tourism agency. The companies announced this deal in early April 2023. At the same time, the financial parameters of the agreement are not disclosed.

There are no changes in the management related to the deal - TravelMart founder Ivan Samoshin will continue to operate the company. The deal will not affect TravelMart customers: service for them will remain on the same terms. The online booking platform for VIP halls at vip-zal.ru airports has not entered the outline of the deal.
