Nevod CIT 1C-Rarus and 1C: Franchisee company announced in the summer of 2013 merge. The united company works under the name of 1C-Rarus. As a result of integration of businesses of a position of the Kazan branch "1C-Rarus" are strengthened in the field of project activity during the work with corporate clients. In plans for the near future – quality improvement of work with all current customers.

The branch director 1C-Rarus in Kazan Oleg Chernov comments on a company merger: "We decided to combine efforts and the accumulated experience with clients. Today CIT Seine is a part of our branch that allows the Kazan office '1C-Rarus' to increase the power of project service. Merge will lead to more complete and qualitative satisfaction of needs of our clients".
