As of October 2025, Обед.ру cooperates with more than 700 employers, including GLONASS JSC, SuperJob, Gismeteo, etc. As for Vkusville, the company has over 2 thousand stores in 170 cities of Russia. Over 97% of goods are represented under their own brand, the agency notes.

According to Marina Frolova, leader of the Обед.ру integration project in the Vkusville ecosystem, the company considers the corporate food market as a promising direction. Frolova noted that caring for employees becomes a prerequisite for the employer's competitiveness, and the Обед.ру service corresponds to this task. The retailer plans to develop the brand, expand its partner network and find new solutions for corporate and private customers.

Vkusville has considerable experience in the field of catering, managing a network of 260 cafes, 10 bakeries and 46 production shops (darkstores). To diversify the business, the company is actively developing new formats.

A few years ago, Vkusville saw the prospect in ready-made food as in a more marginal direction in comparison with food trade, says Retail partner Dmitry Tokarev. Now the company is actively experimenting with formats. The takeover of the Обед.ру service can give the retailer synergy - for example, it can develop its own food delivery through the new service both at home and in the office, Tokarev said in a conversation with Shopper's.^[1]

2024: "Vkusville" bought "Обед.ру"

In early April 2024, Vkusville bought a food delivery service to Обед.ру offices. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to Interfax with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL), as a result of the transaction, Vkusville's share in Обед.ру LLC amounted to 95%. The remaining share remained with the Cypriot company Transportation Investments Management.

The Vkusville press service, commenting on the purchase of the Обед.ру service, said that thanks to this deal, the retailer will be able to strengthen its position in the corporate food market.

We are aimed at developing the company, strengthening the brand, expanding cooperation with partners and finding new solutions in both the V2V and B2C segments, Vkusville said.

The retailer also said that Обед.ру user companies can integrate it into their accounting systems and connect employees with a convenient way of service - vending, delivery of meals to the office or food cards that allow them to pay in any of the partner restaurants. Among the partners of Обед.ру are the networks Syto-Drunk, Subway, Mu-Mu, Niyama, Uryuk, Anderson Catering, Sushi Planet, Chinese News, etc. Meals can be ordered at work and at home.

Vkusville is going to continue the development of the Обед.ру service, as well as strengthen the brand, expand cooperation with partners and look for new solutions both for business and for private clients.
