2025: Former owner of the Nizhfarm pharmaceutical plant Yuri Gaysinsky bought 24.5% of the Fomin Clinic in Nizhny Novgorod

On September 24, 2025, it became known that the former owner of the pharmaceutical plant Nizhpharm"" Yuri Gaysinsky acquired a 24.5 percent stake in Clinic Fomina Nizhny Novgorod LLC. There is no information on the value of the transaction as of the specified date.

The Fomin Clinic was founded in 2011 by Dmitry Fomin: then the first medical institution of the network for four outpatient rooms was opened in Tver. As of September 2025, there are 27 medical centers of the Fomin Clinic with the necessary IT infrastructure in 15 cities of Russia: they are equipped with their own laboratories, expert ultrasound machines, and equipment for minimally invasive surgery. The main activity is women's health - pregnancy management, fertility treatment, etc. In May 2023, the Fomin Clinic acquired the Dawn Center for Evidence-Based Medicine: the site is equipped with all the necessary equipment for diagnostics and treatment of any complexity.

Clinic Fomina Nizhny Novgorod LLC was registered on December 4, 2024, and the opening of the first clinic in Nizhny Novgorod became known on September 23, 2025. According to Gaysinsky, he takes part in this project as an investor.

Yuri Gaysinsky was one of the first owners of the Nizhfarm pharmaceutical plant. In 1994, he, together with his younger brother Igor, created the pharmaceutical distributor Pharmkomplekt. In the period from 2002 to 2004, Yuri Gaysinsky worked as First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. In early 2010, he became a co-owner of one of the largest regional pharmaceutical retailers - the Nizhny Novgorod Pharmacy Chain (brands Farmani and Pharmacy). Subsequently, he increased his stake in this network to 100%. In August 2024, the businessman sold the asset to the Moscow pharmaceutical retailer Rigla[1]
