2025: Building a Company
The Vkusville retail network has established a subsidiary of Cybershef LLC, designed to develop the technological infrastructure and digital transformation of the retailer's business processes, which unites more than 2 thousand stores in 170 cities of Russia. Dmitry Aparshev, who holds the position of information technology manager at Vkusville, has been appointed general director of the new organization. This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as of August 15, 2025.
According to Interfax, a representative of the retailer said that the subsidiary was created to implement a set of measures to improve operational efficiency by introducing advanced technological solutions. The new structure will integrate intelligent control systems and automated platforms into the activities of the trading network.
It is planned that Cybershef will develop partnerships with leading scientific and technological centers in Russia. The cooperation is aimed at ensuring the integration of innovative developments into business practice and the modernization of existing processes, the company said.
Earlier in 2025, Vkusville acquired three legal entities included in the Avtomakon group of companies. Prior to the transaction, the retailer for ten years collaborated with Avtomakon on the development of information technologies of the retail network.
The creation of a specialized IT company reflects Vkusville's strategy to deepen the digitalization of operational processes. The allocation of technological functions into a separate structure will allow focusing expertise and resources on priority areas of automation.
Dmitry Aparshev, who headed Cybershef, has experience in managing IT processes within a large retail network. His appointment ensures the continuity of technology policy and the integration of the new company into the retailer's existing ecosystem.[1]
