2024: Tochka Bank bought 24AI

Tochka JSC has acquired a neural network 24AI service for working with images, developed by 24TTL to optimize the work of online stores and marketplaces. The deal is estimated at ₽500 million. This deal was announced on October 25, 2024.

The 24AI service, launched in April 2023, has attracted more than 340 thousand users worldwide, including large representatives of the consumer electronics, FMCG and pharmaceuticals sectors. The development is designed to create and edit product images in the field of e-commerce.

Tochka CEO Andrey Zavadskikh noted that sellers make up more than 10% of the total number of entrepreneurs, which determined the strategic decision to acquire a service for product development in this segment and the introduction of advanced image processing technologies.

24AI Technical Director Vitaly Klimov emphasized the uniqueness of the technology, which creates a realistic environment for goods with high detail of objects and taking into account the features of various categories of goods. Every day, users generate tens of thousands of images used to train neural networks.

The functionality of the service includes a full set of tools for retouching, editing and improving visual content using specialized machine learning algorithms. Users can place products in different environments, remove backgrounds, add shadows, and improve image quality.

The 24AI development team, which has experience in creating and implementing artificial intelligence tools in the field of e-commerce, has transferred to the "Points" staff.
