2018: Sale of 49% stake in OOO PS ST by Peter-Service to YuSeM Technologies

Launch of agency scheme "Commercial Representation"

The operator of fiscal data OFD.RU in early December 2017 launched the agency scheme "Commercial Representation," under which a partner can independently set any price for fiscal data transmission services for his clients.

The owner of the cash desk pays the services of the fiscal data operator directly to the partner, who then transfers part of the funds for servicing the cash desk to OFD.RU, keeping the amount of remuneration. In this case, the partner can assign any price for connecting cash registers to the OFD. Thus, using this agency scheme, the partner receives funds immediately, and does not wait for OFD.RU to transfer them to him.

According to OFD.RU, such a scheme of work is convenient for partners who work with Turnkey clients and do not send them to buy services in OFD or other companies. To start working according to the "Commercial Representation" scheme, the partner needs to select it in the "Cash Registers" section when adding CCT. Then conclude an agreement with the client to connect to the OFD and make a report on registration at the client's cash desk, it can be carried out by the partner himself or the owner of the cash desk. After that, the client (or partner for him) sends a registration report from the cash desk, the OFD.RU server accepts this report and starts servicing this CCP.

According to the "Commercial Representation" scheme, it is convenient for partners to directly sell our service to customers, independently setting any price for it, and for us to transfer only a fixed fee. Payment for cash is made automatically from the partner's balance. At the end of each month, OFD.RU debits the amount for OFD services from the balance sheet, taking into account the discount, according to the status of the partner. The discount depends on the number of cash desks that the partner has connected to OFD.RU.

Registration of the millionth online cash register

OFD.RU passed the examination of technical means

The operator of fiscal data OFD.RU passed in early 2017 an examination of the compliance of the technical means of the operator of fiscal data with the requirements of the legislation on the use of cash registers. The examination was carried out by RAPKaT Center, an expert organization included in the register of the Federal Tax Service.

Federal law 54-FZ prescribes applicants for permission to process fiscal data, with the exception of those who applied for activities as an OFD before September 1, 2016, to have an opinion of an independent expert organization included in the register of the Federal Tax Service when submitting. 2016: OFD.ru received permission from the Federal Tax Service to process fiscal data

Server equipment located in certified and protected Russian data centers ensures uninterrupted and reliable processing of fiscal data. Incoming data from cash registers of the new sample are stored in several copies for at least 5 years, according to the requirements of the Law. According to the regulations, the transfer of data to the Federal Tax Service is organized via a special secure communication channel that excludes any loss or leakage of data.

In accordance with Law No. 54-FZ, from July 1, 2017, all CCT users are required to use online cash desks and transfer fiscal data online to the tax authorities through the fiscal data operator, and you can start connections now.
