In the Republic of Kazakhstan, amendments have been made to the Rules for the performance of activities by subjects of natural monopolies (CEM) from 31.01.2022. ETS-Tender is a platform in Kazakhstan, which has at the same time integration with the NADLoC registry, the Single Procurement Window and the Trusted Third Party, which allows suppliers from the Russian Federation to participate in tenders.

In 2021, more than 8,000 procurement procedures worth 354 billion tenge took place at the ETP. The total volume of trades in the system exceeded 650 billion tenge, and the number of users amounted to more than 550,000 companies.
