The ETS Group is represented by the Eurasian Trading System Commodity Exchange JSC (ETS Commodity Exchange) and the ETS Clearing Center LLP (ETS Clearing Center ).
The ET Commodity Exchange was established in 2008. The first bidding took place in March 2009. The exchange is focused on spot trading of exchange-traded goods. End-users of products, Kazakhstan and international brokers are bidders of the ETS Commodity Exchange. At the moment, the exchange has four sections of spot trade: agricultural products, petroleum products, metals and industrial goods, specialized goods. The volume of trades for 2016 years amounted to over 117 billion tenge.
The ETS Clearing Center was established in 2009 in order to carry out clearing activities and support exchange transactions concluded during trading on the ETS Commodity Exchange.
ETS-Tender (ETC-Tender LLP) is a joint project of the Kazakhstan ETS Group and the Russian company B2B-Center. The site ensures the implementation of the entire range of procurement procedures of the corporate sector: from classic auctions for price reduction to multi-criterion purchases. The flexibility of the system allows you to customize the site according to the specifics of the activity, as well as automate procurement activities for the purchase of goods, works and services and participation in tenders (data as of March 2022).
2020: Agreement on the use of Russian electronic signature at auction
Remote participation in the trading of the ETS Commodity Exchange, the Kazakh exchange platform, became available to domestic exporters. This was announced on October 5, 2020 by Taxcom.
Integration was completed and a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Russian IT company Taxcom, the Kazakh electronic trading platform ETS-Tender and the Agency for Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Kazakhstan. More details here.
2018
Volume of electronic tenders for ETC-Tender exceeded KZT18 bn
On January 28, 2019, B2B-Center announced that in 2018, customers of Kazakhstan conducted over 1000 purchases at ETS-Tender with a total volume of more than 18 billion tenge (3.1 billion rubles).
According to the company, the most popular categories of trading were purchases of raw materials and materials, IT equipment, furniture, construction and advertising services, as well as printing products.
As of January 2019, more than 100 large companies in Kazakhstan are conducting their purchases at ETS-Tender: banks, telecommunications, construction and production companies, as well as fast-growing companies from other sectors of the economy.
Thanks to the online trading system, more than 400 thousand suppliers from Russia, Kazakhstan and far abroad have access to procurement.

2018 ETS-Tender Records:
- The maximum decrease in the initial price during trading is 47%.
- The largest was the purchase of 2 billion tenge.

Volume of electronic tenders for ETC-Tender exceeded KZT13.7 bn
The largest Kazakhstani and international companies conducted 800 electronic purchases at ETS-Tender for a total amount of over 13.7 billion tenge (more than 2.42 billion rubles). This was announced on November 6, 2018 by TAdviser at the B2B-Center.
To select suppliers and contractors, ETS-Tender uses Beeline LLP "KAR-Tel" , JSC,, Rakhat Nurbank JSC Mining and Ore Technologies LLP, TOO DEALIS GROUP, LLP, "Pony Express" Megapolis-Kazakhstan LLP RBC , Bank JSC and other largest companies in the country.
Daily current purchases are viewed by more than 10 thousand suppliers. 390 thousand companies registered at ETC-Tender, ETS Commodity Exchange and B2B-Center Russian site have access to the site.
2017
Launch of the ETS-Tender trading platform
On July 27, 2017, the ETS-Tender trading platform (www.ets-tender.kz) was officially launched in Kazakhstan. In the first days of work on the electronic trading floor, trading procedures were announced from the beverage manufacturer Galanz Bottlers, the manufacturer of electrical equipment ELCOS (ELCOS), the Alatau Kus poultry farm (meat, sausage and eggs production) and the manufacturer of medical materials Dolce.
It is also expected to announce purchases from registered participants of the system: beverage manufacturer Lemonadoff Food, Insurance Company Centras Inshurans and other large Kazakhstani buyers. Currently, more than 300 suppliers and customers from four countries are registered in the system: Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

Until September 1, 2017, a special grace period is valid for suppliers, allowing them to participate in tenders without charging fees. At the same time, ETC-Tender continues to conduct a series of training seminars and webinars for Kazakh suppliers and customers. The exact date of ETP ETS-Tender launch is named
In early July, the Kazakhstan ET Group and the operator of the B2B-Center electronic trading system announced the exact launch date of the ET-Tender joint electronic trading platform - July 27, 2017. Until then, the ETC-Tender will operate in a demonstration mode.
Kazakh participants can already register and begin to get acquainted with the possibilities of the site. From the moment of official launch until September 1, 2017, a grace period will be valid specifically for suppliers. Suppliers are able to bid without charge.
Chairman of the Board of the ETS Commodity Exchange Kurmet Orazaev said: "For several years now, a section of trade in specialized goods has been operating on the Exchange. The turnover for the section in 2016 exceeded 40 billion tenge, for 6 months of this year - more than 37 billion tenge. Volumes are growing every year. In ETS-Tender, we plan to combine these developments, concentrate the presence of the largest number of customers and suppliers and implement a full service for the participants to purchase goods, works and services, without emphasizing the purchase of only goods. So that participants can comfortably start work and prepare for the active procurement season, we announce a grace period until September 1 of this year. "

ETC Group and B2B-Center to create electronic trading platform in Kazakhstan
On May 31, 2017, the ETS Group - B2B-Center - signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of e-commerce in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of this cooperation is to launch an innovative trading platform ETS-Tender, which will increase the efficiency of procurement activities of enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan due to the introduction of modern e-commerce tools and trades in non-standardized goods. The platform will contribute to the development of competition in the local market, as well as the promotion of Kazakhstani companies at the international level.
The ETS-Tender system is based on the experience of optimizing the procurement and sales of commercial companies, which means that it takes into account the interests of all participants in corporate trade as much as possible.
The ETS-Tender platform will ensure the implementation of the entire range of procurement procedures: from classic auctions for price reduction to multi-criterion purchases. The flexibility of the system will allow you to customize the site according to the specifics of the client's activities, as well as automate procurement activities and participation in tenders.
The launch of the ETC-Tender site is scheduled for July 2017.
