The company is engaged in development of multifunction solutions for specialists of client service based on own software platform. One more direction of the company is solution development on video analytics which can be applied in many areas, since external and internal security at the enterprises and finishing with the sphere of housing and communal services.

2020: Nexign purchased 99% of a share Storm Tekhnologii at Outpost

On October 14, 2020 the Nexign company (enters into ICKX Holding), the system provider of support of business (BSS) and solutions of Internet of Things (IoT), announced TAdviser acquisition of a share in the amount of 99% in authorized capital of Shtorm Tekhnologii LLC at Forpost group.

Nexign is going to strengthen the product portfolio at the expense of the advanced solutions on management of digital client experience. Thus, Nexign will help the clients – telecom operators – more effectively to build up the relationship with subscribers. In turn Storm Tekhnologii will get access to global market and new clients from the telecommunication industry.

The "storm Tekhnologii" command is engaged more than 10 years in development and deployment of automated systems on management of digital client experience. The products "Storm Tekhnologii" provide omnichannel communications which allow to improve service quality and to reduce the costs connected with user support. For October, 2020 Storm Tekhnologii develops two flagship products:

  • The Cascana platform is a software platform for fast creation of ergonomic universal jobs of staff of contact center, the front office and the centers of customer interaction. The platform allows to combine interfaces of the existing systems of the customer, channels of interaction and models of security for more effective work with the user experience.
  • The product Cascana.Customer Engagement Center is the omnichannel platform for the organization of a uniform workplace of the call center specialist with a possibility of robotization of service functions, process automation of telemarketing, collecting of a feedback, processing of claim addresses and scenario automation of end-to-end business processes and also support of interaction on voice and digital channels of communications.
