In October 2013, according to the results of the audit of the quality management system of MFI Soft, the international certification organization British Standards Institution (BSI) issued it a certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. For the first time, a certificate of conformity was issued by MFI Soft in 2010.
The quality management system "MFI Soft" includes all types of the company's activities: development, implementation, maintenance and sale of software and hardware systems in the field of telecommunications and information security.

MFI Soft solutions are used by such companies as MRK Svyazinvest, VimpelCom Group, MTS, Comstar, MegaFon, RTKomm, Kazakhtelecom, Ukrtelecom, etc. During the work, more than 1,500 solution implementations were implemented in all federal districts of Russia.
In 2010, MFI Soft's clients included such operator companies as Er-Telecom, Summa Telecom, Complink, NecstTell, a number of federal state institutions and departmental structures. The company also continued to implement projects for MRK Svyazinvest, Rostelecom, COMSTAR-OTS, VimpelCom group of companies, France Telecom group of companies, Sinterra operators, Uzbectelecom. In September 2016, MFI Soft was re-certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard of the British Institute of Standards (BSI) in the field of development, implementation, maintenance and sale of software and hardware systems in the field of telecommunications and information security.
The quality management system was introduced in MFI Soft in 2010 in order to maintain a high level of systematization of the company's product development and implementation processes.

2011
400 telecom operators of Russia use IP-solutions "MFI Soft." On the basis of IP-solutions of MFI Soft, telecom operators provide subscribers with telephony and converged services. The growth of the customer base of MFI Soft in 2011 amounted to 20%. Among the clients of MFI Soft: Rostelecom, MTS, BiLine, Megafon, ER-Telecom and other large multi-regional and regional operators.
The project "MFI Soft" to create a system for detecting, preventing and suppressing attacks of various types on objects in data transmission networks of telecom operators, in corporate networks and networks of government agencies became a resident of the Skolkovo IT cluster. November 2010. British Standards Institution (BSI) conducted an audit of the quality management system of the Russian manufacturer of infocommunication solutions, MFI Soft, and recognized it as compliant with ISO 9001:2008 standard.
In 2010, the company strengthened its position and increased sales in all segments: sales revenue increased by 68% compared to 2009. At the same time, marginEBIDTA in 2010 amounted to 16.3%, which is also higher than the same indicator for 2009. The increase was a consequence of both revenue growth and comprehensive cost control.
In 2011, the company showed even more dynamic results: revenue in the first quarter of 2011 exceeded the same figure in 2010 by 3.8 times.
The total number of installations of solutions for legal control (SORM) in 2010 increased by 35% and exceeded 1200. Solutions SORM-1, SORM-2, have SORM-3 been implemented on the networks of mobile and fixed-line operators, Internet providers.
The number of implemented solutions for building networks and providing services based on the VoIP platform RTU in 2010 also increased by 17% and exceeded 600. In 2010, MFI Soft continued the process of modernizing and developing the functionality of existing products. Thus, a new version of the RTU 1.5.3 hardware and software complex was presented on the Russian market. The updated product has enhanced capabilities to provide converged services while providing high fault tolerance and flexibility in the construction and development of carrier and corporate networks. Also, a new version of the MVTS II v.1.3.1 software switch was launched on the market, which is widely used by foreign operators for the transit of international traffic. A key advantage of the new version was an improved profitability management mechanism.
In 2010, the RTU complex was widely implemented by alternative operators as the basis for building a voice communication network, and was successfully used by a number of local operators as a platform for providing intelligent services to corporate subscribers. RTU was used on Rostelecom networks in projects to replace outdated stations with new generation switches. Also, the past year was marked by a number of pilot projects using RTU as a single service platform in the networks of converged operators.
On the basis of the RTU complex, a pilot project was successfully implemented to create a single service platform on the company's network by Tsentrtelecom within the framework of working group No. 6 "Space and Telecommunications" of the presidential commission for the modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. According to the results of the project, the RTU complex is recommended by the working group for use at Rostelecom as the basis for transferring communication networks to IP technologies.
In 2010, the company actively developed a line of information security solutions, including products such as Garda Enterprise, Garda DB, SIM Box Barrier and Anomaly. MFI Soft solutions in the field of corporate security and database protection are designed to reduce financial and information risks associated with internal and external threats to the enterprise's information security, and to prevent leaks of commercial information.
MFI Soft strengthened its leadership position in the development of legal control systems for packet switched networks, continuing to develop the SORM line (SORM-1, SORM-2, SORM-3) in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities. The expansion of the functional capabilities of the products made it possible to successfully implement SORM both in the networks of mobile operators and in the networks of fixed-line operators and Internet providers, as well as significantly increase the performance of solutions based on SORM in accordance with the needs of the industry as a whole.
Along with the development and modernization of products, one of the key areas for MFI Soft in 2010 was the direction of work to improve and control quality. The company's efforts in this direction were noted by the British Standards Institution (BSI), which recognized the compliance of the MFI Soft management system with the international standard ISO 9001:2008. Currently, it includes all areas of the company's activity: development, implementation, sale and after-sales support of the company's products in the field of IP communications and information security.
