YuSeM Telecom is a digital division of the USM holding company. Controls 100% of telecom operator MegaFon and IT group ICS Holding. The main owners of YuSeM Telecom are USM (80% of the shares), Ivan Streshinsky (10%) and Anton Cherepennikov (10%).

Completion of Digital Holding formation

YuSeM Telecom and MegaFon, together with partners from Uzbekistan, completed the formation of a joint venture Digital Holding. MegaFon announced this on September 30, 2021. 2020: Appointments in the management of YuSeM Telecom

On May 26, 2020, TAdviser became aware that MegaFon will change its management posts.

Mikhail Berstenev, Director of Procurement and Logistics at MegaFon, will head a single procurement structure within the perimeter of YuSeM Telecom (a division of the owner of Megafon, USM holding), and Ekaterina Zemskova, Director of Transformation and Operational Efficiency of the company, will lead the integration office at YuSeM Telecom in addition to her current role.
