MegaFon buys Sinterra together with Peterstar
PeterStar and MegaFon are integrated by resources of the companies with the purpose to offer clients a full range of services of the fixed and mobile communication and also to increase service quality. Consolidation happens in the course of the company merger which began after purchase of 100% of stocks of the Synterra group by MegaFon which includes PeterStar.
