2021: Yclients bought "Alliance of iT Technologies"

In mid-October 2021, it became known about the sale of Alliance iT Technology to a service for online registration for Yclients services. Thanks to this deal, Yclients has three management systems at its disposal: for dentistry, for clinics and for beauty salons.

The fact that Yclients has become the new owner of the Alliance of iT Technologies, writes Kommersant"" with reference to representatives of companies. They did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement. We can talk about the amount of 100-130 million, rubles given the small amount of revenue of the Alliance iT Technologies and the growth rate at the level of 15-20% multiplier to revenue, Arthur Shubaev, vice president of Advance Capital, told the publication. In his opinion, the deal looks like it is quite synergistic for Yclients, as it will strengthen the product portfolio for such categories of clients as dental clinics and beauty salons.

Yclients acquired the Alliance of iT Technologies

By October 2021, more than 14 million entries to various specialists in the amount of more than 15 billion rubles are made on the Yclients platform every month. The service has about 31 thousand customers. Alexander Ilyin, head of the Deloitte technology integration group in the CIS, says that Yclients is the leader in the Russian online recording market, the deal will allow it to continue growing by joining the client base of acquired companies.

The owner of "Person Lab" Igor Stoyanov, in a conversation with the newspaper, expressed the opinion that Yclients could achieve marginal results in the field of beauty and therefore decided to go into dentistry.

Yclients already has most of the beauty market and is obviously of no interest to the remaining couple of dozen salons in the regions that record on leaflets, he noted.[1]
