Investing 1 billion rubles in new warehouses and fast delivery
On June 23, 2020, it became known that Cainiao invested 1 billion rubles in the development of activities in Russia. These funds, in particular, will go to the creation of new warehouses and initiatives for the quick delivery of orders.
In 2020, as part of its investment program, Cainiao will bring the number of new warehouse centers to 30 worldwide with a total area of up to 2 million square meters. m This will double the efficiency of the processes within three years, the company said.
Cainiao intends to continue to work on localizing its platform in the Russian Federation and creating new services for Russian consumers and sellers.
