The Chinese Internet holding Alibaba announced[1] in June, 2015 global partnership of Marketplace Aliance (MAP) for distribution of cloud services of the division of Aliyun. The Intel company, among others – the Singapore telecom of SingTel, the American operator of data centers Equinix, the Hong Kong company PCCW, the Dubai Meraas Holdings and the French Linkbynet became the most famous partner of the Chinese giant.

Leonid Delitsyn, analyst of investment holding FINAM: Capitalization of Alibaba makes 226 billion dollars, capitalization of the leader of the cloud market, the company now Amazon, – 198.8 bln. dollars, thus both giants of e-commerce are in equal weight category. And both, having the infinite number of partners, well understand needs of users of cloud computing. The purpose both in the market of cloud infrastructure is mass service of small and medium business. Aliyun ('yun' means 'cloud') provides not disk space for storage of the user files as Dropbox or Box, and b2b-services IaaS and PaaS (infrastructure-as-a service and platform-as-a-service By the way, other leaders of this market – Google Microsoft and IBM have the same advantages, and a large number of clients. 3-4% of the IaaS and PaaS market while Amazon has nearly 10% fall to the share of each of the listed companies. Though the market of cloud infrastructure, - at all not where the winner takes away everything, economy at scales plays a key role in this industry. Aliyun is the leader of the cloud market in China, and now opens the deyta-centers in Silicon Valley. The affiliate program will help global business of Aliyun to come to the turnovers comparable to turnovers of leaders of this market. Aliyun with turnover in global markets in 62 mln. dollars is on whom so far to equal - in April reported to Amazon that quarter revenue of division of cloud services (AWS) made in the first quarter 2015 1.57 billion dollars.
