History

2026: VK became 100% owner of VK Art Lab

VK Company LLC became the 100% owner of the mobile games developer VK Art Lab. The share was bought from Nota Media LLC. Changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in March 2026. Sergei Adonin's Note Media entered the capital of VK Art Lab in June 2023, re-registering 74% of Adonin and co-founder Andrian Krupchansky. RT Labs JSC had 26%. VK showed interest in the company and bought a stake from RT Labs, a month later increasing it to 51% and changing its name from Nota-RTK to VK Art Lab. In February 2025, VK's share rose to 75[1]

2023: Sale of 26% of Nota-RTK LLC to VK Holding

On July 3, 2023, it became known about the sale of 26% of Nota-RTK LLC to VK Holding. The seller in the framework of this transaction was the company RT Labs, which is part of Rostelecom, which is engaged in system integration.

The fact that VK, through its subsidiary VK Company LLC, acquired a stake in Nota-RTK is stated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). The press service of VK confirmed to Interfax the fact of the transaction and noted that a small team of IT developers from Nota-RTK LLC will be involved in the development of VK projects. The financial and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed by July 3, 2023. On the website of the company "Nota-RTK" it is reported that 35 specialists work in it, and 8 million people use solutions.

VK acquired 26% of Nota-RTK

According to Interfax, by July 3, 2023, the main owner of Nota-RTK is Nota Media LLC, which owns 74% of the capital. "Note Media" is also engaged in digital solutions for the state and business, among the company's clients - the application "Public services Culture," the Aurus website, the development of internal networks IBS, Sibura, etc. "Note Media" is 100% owned by Sergei Adonin.[2]
