2022: Revenue growth by 1,432.3% to RUB 3,519 million

At the end of 2022, Kwanter's revenue increased by 1432.3% to 3,519 million rubles (revenue from financial statements for 2021-2022 excluding VAT). In the ranking " TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2023," such an indicator allowed the company to take 122 lines (22 lines of the list of applicants for inclusion in the number of the largest IT companies in Russia).

Plan for the transfer of MegaLabs projects to its subsidiaries - Kwantera and Start

Since the beginning of 2021, MegaFon has been preparing to join Net Bay Net Holding LLC and MegaLabs JSC. Officially, this decision was made at the annual general meeting of shareholders at the end of June 2022. Recently, a corresponding record was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the beginning of the PJSC reorganization procedure.

As for MegaLabs, its projects will be undertaken by subsidiaries of Quantera JSC and START. At the beginning of the year, all resources for the development of VAS products for private and corporate clients, including the development team, were transferred to Quantera JSC, which became MegaFon's center for the development of digital solutions. Formation of joint venture of JSC "Quantera"

MegaFon and Quantum-A Fund, one of the key partners in the development of MegaFon's digital solutions, have created a joint venture of Quantera JSC. Specialists and part of Quantum-A assets involved in the development of solutions for a mobile operator will be transferred to the joint venture. On January 27, 2022, TAdviser was reported to MegaFon.

50% of JSC "Quantera" belongs to the Quantum-A fund. The other 50% for cash was acquired (MegaLabs a subsidiary of MegaFon PJSC). The deal was concluded at the end of 2021.

"The development of current VAS products (from the English Value-added Services - services that generate additional income, approx. - TAdviser) for private and corporate clients is one of our key tricks. The purchase of part of the business of our long-term partner will strengthen MegaLabs "competence in the development of digital solutions and more actively develop its own portfolio of additional services, focusing as much as possible on the current needs of customers and business objectives," said Alexander Sobolev, Director of Strategy and Business Development at MegaFon.

In the newly formed company, MegaFon will be responsible for the strategy and commercial component of the products, and Quantera will become the main developer of solutions commissioned by MegaFon. It is also planned to include projects already developed specifically for MegaFon in the perimeter of the joint venture.

As noted, Quantum-A has implemented a number of projects for MegaFon - a group of geo-services, digital security products, as well as Deep-Tech patented services at the junction of VAS and the carrier's backbone network: intelligent call routing, Vo LTE and others. The Foundation develops for MegaFon a number of technological products in the field AI of and and ML to recognition , speech synthesis as well as develops cloudy solutions (C).PaaS

2021: Revenue - 230 million rubles

At the end of 2021, the revenue of the Quantera company amounted to 230 million rubles.
