Rostelecom bought 51% in the authorized capital of KorKlass

On June 5, 2019, Rostelecom, a Russian provider of digital services and solutions, announced the closure of the transaction to acquire 51% of shares in the authorized capital of KorKlass LLC from the sole owner of Outpost Group of Companies. The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation approved the deal on April 19, 2019.

2018: Megafon will buy TechnoInvestProekt from Technoserv
