According to Interfax, citing data from the SPARK-Interfax system, a new legal entity was registered on November 30, 2021. Co-owners of this company in equal shares were the subsidiary of RusHydro JSC HydroInvest and LLC Sollers Group.

Sollers Group and RusHydro have created a company to develop electric car sharing

RusHydro and Sollers Group agreed to jointly create an electric car car sharing network in Vladivostok in October 2021 - then the companies publicly concluded an agreement.

The service for the rental of electric vehicles is planned to be launched by the summer of 2022. During 2022-2023. 140 electric vehicles will be purchased. Users of the service will be offered per minute rental of electric vehicles with flexible tariffs and the possibility of renting cars for the weekend, the RusHydro press service reports.

By November 2021, the RusHydro charging station network in the Far East has more than 50 points. In 2022, the company plans to bring their number to 150, connecting the key cities of the Far Eastern Federal District.

At the same time, RusHydro is implementing a large-scale Silk Road project, within which the charging network of the energy holding will connect the capital of Russia with the capital of Primorye. The project involves the installation of 80 charging stations along the entire length of the route with a maximum distance between them of not more than 150 km. The Silk Road RusHydro will pass through 18 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

We are convinced that the trend for the development of electric mobility will also be actively implemented in Russia, as in the largest world markets, and during the coming decade, electric transport and infrastructure for it will become an organic part of the development of smart digital cities. And the key driver of scaling this trend will be car sharing services, taxis, rental services and subscriptions for electric transport, "said Vadim Shvetsov, head of Sollers Group.[1]
