2024: Miranda Media bought 51% of Luhansk Telephone Company
Telecommunications operator from Crimea "Miranda media" completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the amount of 51% of the authorized capital of Lugansk Telephone Company LLC (LTK) on November 1, 2024.
