Tomskneft raised 213.49 billion rubles

As of the end of 2023, Tomskneft owns 32 licenses for the study, exploration and production of hydrocarbons, including 25 licenses for oil and gas production at the fields of the Tomsk Region, 7 licenses for the right to use subsoil in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Tomskneft is the main production company of the Tomsk region. In 2022 and 2023 it did not disclose the volume of production.

Earlier, the Department of Economics of the Tomsk Region Administration predicted that in 2023 about 6.8 million tons of hydrocarbons will be produced in the region, which is slightly less than a year earlier (6.9 million tons). The decline in production has been happening for several years, over the past years, the main reason for this was the depletion of traditional oil fields, the department noted. They also recalled that the production of crude oil and natural gas brings the largest share of revenues to the consolidated budget of the Tomsk region.[1]
