2025: Nationalization of the Company
Kamchatka Shipping Company passed into state ownership. Changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities were made on June 16, 2025. The basis was the court decision on the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia on the appeal to the state of property belonging to former officials of the Kamchatka Territory.
According to Interfax, the Federal Property Management Agency became the new owner of Kamchatka Shipping Company LLC after a court decision. Previously, 92.64% of the company belonged to Alexander Ivanchey, a former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kamchatka Territory.
The shipping company serves two regular freight lines: Vladivostok - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Vladivostok - Sakhalin (Korsakov). The company transports refrigerated containers, general cargo, motor vehicles and motor vehicles, and develops the direction of railway transportation.
The fleet of the enterprise consists of eight ships. The annual revenue of the shipping company in recent years was about ₽5-7 billion, which makes it one of the largest transport enterprises in the Far East.
