Gazprom believes that thanks to the appearance of such an object, the district will receive an additional impetus to development and will consolidate the status of a modern city center with conceptual spaces for education and recreation.

The project will be implemented on the principles of project financing, outside the Gazprom investment program, by a special-purpose company not affiliated with PJSC Gazprom. The gas company will only provide a site for construction.[1]
