Gazprom and Renova Group of Companies intend to combine electric power assets
In July 2018, Chairman of the Management Board Alexey Miller and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renova Group Viktor Vekselberg signed an Agreement of Intent at Gazprom's headquarters.
