Biography

Alexey Borisovich Miller was born on January 31, 1962 in Leningrad.

Education

Studied at school gymnasium No. 330 of Nevsky district of Leningrad.

1984: LFEI of N.A. Voznesensky

In 1984 got an education in Leningrad financially-economic institute of N.A. Voznesensky (since 2012- St. Petersburg state economic university (SPBGEU)), the economist, planning of the national economy.

From 1987 to 1990 was the graduate student of LFEI of N.A. Voznesensky.

1989: Candidate of Economic Sciences

On December 28, 1989 the academic degree is awarded: Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

1984: Lenniiproyekt

Upon termination of institute from 1984 to 1986 Lenniiproyekt of Executive committee of Lengorsovet worked as the engineer-economist in a workshop of the master plan of the Leningrad research and design institute on construction engineering construction.

1990: LFEI

In 1990 became the junior researcher of LFEI, the head of section of Committee on an economic reform of Executive committee of Leningrad Soviet.

1991: The head of department in committee on external relations of the mayor's office of St. Petersburg

In 1991 - 1996 worked as the head of department of the market situation of Management of foreign economic relations of committee on external relations of the mayor's office of St. Petersburg, the head of department of foreign economic relations, the vice-chairman of Committee on external relations.

In 1996 - 1999 was a Development director and to investments of JSC Seaport St. Petersburg.
