2020: Acquisition of Sibenergougol
On August 27, 2020, a transaction was completed on the acquisition of MelTEK LLC of Sibenergougol LLC. The priority direction of the new owner's activity is to increase the efficiency of the economic activities of Sibenergougol LLC due to a well-built production policy.
2015: Production Capacity
By 2015, the company reached a production capacity of 2.0 million tons per year.
2014: Acquisition of a license for the Bungursky Yuzhny 2 and Ananyinsky Vostochny 2 plots
In 2014, the company acquired licenses for the Bungursky Yuzhny 2 and Ananyinsky Vostochny 2 sections.
2011: Merger
In 2011, four previously separate organizations merged: Sibenergougol Trading House LLC, Dimitrovskoye LLC, Sibenergougol ATP LLC, Sibenergougol PTP into one Sibenergougol LLC organization. They made up divisions such as motor transport department, railway transport department, subsidiary farm department.
2007: Acquisition of a license for the Bungursky Yuzhny and Ananyinsky Zapadny plots
In 2007, the company acquired new licensed areas Bungursky Yuzhny (commissioned in 2011) and Ananyinsky Zapadny (commissioned in 2014).
2005: Production Capacity
The company began to operate the license areas at the Ananyinsky site with a production capacity of 0.3 million tons per year by 2005.
2001: Foundation
Sibenergougol LLC has been operating since August 28, 2001. It extracts anthracite coal. At the time of creation, the company was the legal successor of the subsidiary holding company Kuzbassrazrezugol, OJSC Listvyansky Open Pit, in terms of rights and obligations established by licenses for the right to use subsoil KEM 00936 TE for the purpose of mining coal in the Bunguro-Chumyshsky geological and economic region within the Ananyinsky geological site located in the Novokuznetsk district of the Kemerovo region.
