Russian Helicopters is one of the world leaders in the helicopter construction industry, the only developer and manufacturer of helicopters in Russia, as well as one of the few companies in the world with the ability to design, manufacture, test and maintain modern civilian and military helicopters. 2016: Rostec sold 25% of Russian Helicopters to RDIF for $600 million

Russian Helicopters was formed in 2007 and is a subsidiary of Defense Industry Defense Company, part of Rostekhnologii State Corporation.
