2025: Attracting 12 million rubles of investments

In December 2025, the Russian startup SalesAI, which develops neural network solutions to improve the quality of the sales department, raised 12 million rubles. The transaction was closed as part of an initial (seed) round of funding.

SalesAI (legal entity - SalesAI LLC) creates AI agents for analyzing telephone conversations, monitoring the quality of sales managers and automating processes in CRM systems. The key investor in the project was business angel Denis Shishkin.

The investment round was structured as an investor's entry into the company's equity. Part of the funds raised was used to buy out the share of the second founder, which allowed CEO Roman Magdalenko to consolidate management.

The raised funding will ensure the launch of an updated version of the product - SalesAI 2.0. The key idea is to create a "Digital ROP" - an automated system capable of monitoring transactions around the clock and detecting revenue losses. According to the company, a business with an annual turnover of 120 million rubles may lose 2-3 million rubles a month due to the inefficient work of the sales department.

The technological basis of the product is its own large language model (LLM) - an algorithm for processing and generating text, as well as a knowledge graph containing more than 70 elements related to the sales process. Unlike solutions that use foreign platforms, SalesAI runs on a standalone infrastructure, which increases the level of data security.

According to Inc, among the startup's clients are industrial and trading companies MWS, Bina Group and Avtostrong. As of December 2025, a team of five specialists plans to complete the development of SalesAI 2.0 and scale the product according to the freemium model (basic functionality - free, expanded - for a fee).[1]

2024: Attracting 8 million rubles of investments

On January 9, 2024, it became known about the investment of 8 million rubles in SalesAI. A startup studio MIPT has invested in a neural network developer to assess the quality of calls and fill out CRM.

As Roman Magdalenko Rb.ru one of the founders of SalesAI, told the publication, the company will spend the funds raised on product development and sales growth. Among other things, it is planned to develop digital counterparts of sellers by phone.

According to the Kontur.Fokus system, by January 11, 2024, 55.8% of the share in Seilzai LLC (a legal entity of the SalesAI service) belongs to the founder and general director Roman Magdalenko, 37.2% is owned by co-founder Miroslav Kubelsky, 7% - LLC FRIA Invest.

By January 2024, SalesAI is developing a neural network integrated with CRM. SalesAI transcribes the speech of the interlocutors, fills out the CRM system, assesses the quality of negotiations. The neural network predicts the likelihood of a transaction based on the history of communication with the client and his mood during the meeting. The technology captures positive and negative emotions that arise in response to a manager's proposal. Also, SalesAI, during the analysis of team conversations, remembers the best strategies and creates a seller's double. During the conversation, the digital twin offers the manager options for relevant questions.

According to Roman Magdalenko, startups created in a crisis have greater potential for survival. Growing interest in technologies such as ChatGPT, according to the co-founder of SalesAI, only strengthens demand for SalesAI products and makes them competitive against traditional speech analysts.[2]

2023: Attracting 7 million rubles of investments from the IIDF

On September 7, 2023, SalesAI announced the attraction of 7 million rubles of investments from the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF). According to the results of this round of financing, the startup was estimated at 100 million rubles. As part of this transaction, IIDF received 7% of SalesAI. SalesAI plans to use the funds received from the IIDF to strengthen the engineering team and accelerate the development of the strategy for bringing products to market.

SalesAI announced the attraction of 7 million rubles of investments

The company added that it refused an offer to sell a 60% stake "at an incomprehensible price to one investor," and chose IIDF as a strategic partner.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, by September 2023, Roman Magdalenko and Miroslav Kubelsky are listed as the founders of Seilzai LLC (SalesAI legal entity): Magdalenko has 60% in the company, he is the CEO, Kubelsky owns 40% of SalesAI.[3]
