In December 2025, Softline Venture Partners, together with partners, invested HR Rocket, a startup developing a platform for automating advertising for recruitment. Internet Projects also participated in the transaction.
As a result of the transaction, the new pool of investors received 20.8% in the capital of HR Rocket. HR Rocket's software product uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLM ), to optimize ad campaigns to find employees. The system interacts with HeadHunter and Avito Rabota sites, reducing the cost of applicants' responses and increasing the total number of candidates.
The platform is aimed at companies with a massive annual recruitment of linear personnel from 3 thousand people. Target categories include couriers, sellers, drivers, workers, operators. The solution is also used to find qualified professionals, such as accountants or IT analysts.
Elena Volotovskaya, Managing Director of Softline Venture Partners, said that the funds raised will be directed to developing the platform's functionality, introducing new AI algorithms and increasing revenue. According to Volotovskaya, the estimated return on investment is from three to five years.
Experts estimate the cost of HR Rocket in the range from 100 to 600 million rubles, depending on the calculation method. Dsight founder Arseniy Dabbach considers the most realistic estimate of 150 million rubles. Thus, the estimated cost of the acquired package of 20% can reach about 30 million rubles.[1]
