The Russian representative office of Insight — Insight Technology Solutions LLC — rather small company: at its Moscow and St. Petersburg offices as of 2013 12 specialists in sale of software and 34 support technicians worked. But on sales volume it took the third place among the Microsoft partners working in Russia and authorized for sale of licenses to the clients according to the Enterprise Agreement and Enterprise Agreement Subscription programs (Large Account Reseller, LAR).

History
2017: The company is sold to Softline
In July, 2017 the Softline company became the owner of Insight Technology Solutions. The acquired asset will be renamed into "Softline enterprise solyushnz" and will be engaged as a part of Softline in work with clients in the developed countries, the Vedomosti newspaper reported.
The board member of Softline Oleg Zhelezko reported that else to the transaction Insight Technology Solutions transferred to Softline orders of the clients - multinational corporations in developing countries, and that, on the contrary, gave to the partner of clients in the developed countries.
Softline on behalf of Insight Technology Solutions buys business interesting to it in the main thing for itself the region (in Russia among clients Insight, for example, Sberbank) - the customer base and the built-up customer relations, the vice president for investments of Softline Elena Volotovskaya says. And Insight, according to her, will be focused at work in the developed markets (in Europe, the USA, Australia).
Having included the Russian business of Insight in the structure, the Softline group applies for absolute leadership in several segments of the Russian market at once. Karina Gabelko who was the CEO of the Russian representative office of Insight will head new structural division of Softline group.
2016: Growth of turnover to 3 billion rubles
In 2017 the CEO of Insight Technology Solutions Karina Gabelko said to the Vedomosti newspaper that turnover of the company in 2016 made 3 billion rubles, and a share in the Russian market of sales of products of Microsoft - 10%.
2015: Long-awaited profit
In 2015 Insight Technology Solutions was succeeded to get net profit in the amount of 60.7 million rubles. Turnover made 2.34 billion rubles.
2014: Growth of turnover, growth of losses
Turnover of the company made 2.3 billion rubles, the loss grew to 69.2 million rubles.
2013: Growth of turnover, loss
Despite growth of turnover to 1.78 billion rubles, in 2013 the company showed net loss of 431 thousand rubles.
2012: Growth of turnover by 23%
Turnover of Insight Technology Solutions in 2012 made about $57 million (1.63 billion rubles) from which about $50 million were the share of products of Microsoft, and the rest — of products of Adobe and Symantec. In 2012 the total turnover of the company exceeded a similar indicator of 2011 for 23%.
The net profit of the company was 66.93 million rubles.
It was planned that in 2013 the share of products of Microsoft in a total turnover of Insight Technology Solutions will decrease, but not due to decrease in sales volumes of this vendor, and at the expense of sales increase of other vendors and the general expansion of number of suppliers.
On a global scale the Insight Technology Solutions company which annual turnover exceeded $5 billion cooperated almost from 5000 suppliers and 90 thousand clients, and in EMEA region where about 50 thousand her clients "lived", turnover of the company made about $1.4 billion.
