HintEd is a Russian developer of a system for the rapid development of corporate software. The platform helps to adapt customers or employees to work with the software using interactive prompts. In addition to the prompts, HintEd allows you to create training scenarios for business processes specific to your company and software. The service creates a training layer on top of any software: browser or in the form of separate Windows applications. Interactive scripts and tooltips lead users step by step right during their tasks and help reduce their training and support costs. The payback period for large customer companies, according to the startup, is three months. Among the clients of the HintEd are Uralsib, VTB, Otkritie, Megafon (by April 2021).

History

2021: Attracting investment from KirovGroup Ventures

In April 2021, the Kirov Plant announced its investment in HintEd through its KirovGroup Ventures fund. The latter received 7% in the startup, taking part in the sowing round. The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.

The HintEd intends to spend the funds raised on increasing sales in the corporate segment and building a partner product distribution network.

HintEd works in Russia and Eastern Europe. Startup is a participant in the Sber500 acceleration program.

2020: Attracting investments, including from Softline Venture Partners

In June 2020, HintEd attracted investments from the venture fund Softline Venture Partners and YellowRockets. Under the terms of the transaction, investors will receive a share of 13%: Softline Venture Partners - 10% of the company's value, YellowRockets - 3%. The amount of investments is not disclosed.

The company plans to spend the attracted investments on further technological development of the platform, as well as on access to foreign markets.[1]
