The Institute is a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Communications of Russia.

Areas of activity

  • State registration and accounting of software in accordance with the federal law of the 29.12.94 "On the mandatory copy of documents," information support for developers and users of software products on the basis of the electronic depository of the Moscow Research Institute "Integral."

  • Development and identification of effective ways to introduce intelligent technologies based on a new method of automated processing of unstructured information, created by employees of the Moscow Research Institute "Integral" and patented in the Russian Federation, USA, France and Germany.

  • Conceptual and methodological development of a new problem and technological approach to the creation of organizational management automation systems based on the integrated use of intelligent technologies that provide various types of management activities.

  • Services for the creation of intelligent information systems to support analytical activities in government bodies and large corporate structures, including the creation of situational problem and analytical centers.

2023: Mishustin approved the only public procurement contractor for information security for Gostekh

In May 2023, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree approving the federal state budgetary institution Integral Research Institute as the sole executor of purchases of services carried out Ministry of Digital Development Russia in 2023-2024 to detect, prevent and eliminate the consequences of computer attacks, as well as computer incident response services on user (client) segments of state information systems located on a single digital platform "GosTech." 2022: Creation of the Competence Center for Information Security

On December 9, 2022, it became known about the creation of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation Competence Center for Information Security on the basis of the subspecies of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Research Institute "Integral."

As Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said, Integral will be responsible for the creation and development of both a single and industry centers for information security. It is noted that before the decision to consolidate efforts in this direction, various subordinate organizations were involved in information security issues in terms of their competencies.

The Ministry of Digital Development creates the Competence Center for Information Security

Earlier in 2022, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed to create industrial competence centers (ICCs) in Russia for import substitution of digital solutions in key sectors of the economy. According to him, the centers will have to unite customers and developers in the creation and implementation of new digital products, involve leading companies in the process. By December 9, 2022, 32 ICCs and 12 competence centers for the development of system-wide application software were created in Russia.

Earlier it was reported that the Competence Center for Information Security under the state program "Digital Economy" will be created under Sberbank. The main goal of the new structure is to support end-to-end technologies in artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning, virtual reality, etc.[1]
