2019: Acquisition by Sberbank

On July 30, 2019 Sberbank announced, acquisition of logistic company Shiptor which will become a part of business of Sberlogistika. Based on the aggregator the Sberlogistiki platform integrated with all systems of Sberbank and services of an ecosystem will be built.

Shiptor has a complete packet of logistics services: own IT-systems, courier service, fulfillment-center for small and micro business. The company works as the full-fledged logistic and transport partner, providing a fulfillment and solving all problems of support of orders for online stores: storage, processing and packaging of goods in a warehouse, logistics and payment acceptance.
