Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Kursk Region

The Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Kursk Region is a territorial body of the Federal Tax Service in the Kursk Region and is part of a single centralized system of tax authorities. Performs the functions of control and supervision over compliance with the legislation on taxes and fees, for the correctness of calculation, completeness and timeliness of payment of taxes to the budget system of the Russian Federation, fees and insurance premiums, and in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, for the correctness of calculation, completeness and timeliness of payment of other mandatory payments to the budget system of the Russian Federation, for the production and circulation of tobacco products, for compliance with the requirements for cash registers, procedure and conditions of its registration and application, completeness of cash revenue accounting and use of special bank accounts by payment agents (subagents), bank payment agents (subagents) and suppliers, as well as the functions of the currency control body within the competence of the tax authorities.

The Department carries out state registration of legal entities, individuals as individual entrepreneurs, peasant (farm) farms, presents in bankruptcy cases and in the procedures used in the bankruptcy case, claims for the payment of mandatory payments and claims of the Russian Federation on monetary obligations.
