2024: Establishing a Company

On July 3, 2024, it became known that Sber had created a new IT company - Pulse LLC. This enterprise will develop HR projects, helping partners to "quickly meet the challenges of time."

Sber is developing its own HR platform Pulse, which as of mid-2024 is used by about 300 thousand users from various companies in the financial, production and agricultural sectors. Pulse is said to automate HR processes at all levels, from day-to-day tasks and personal development to weighted, data-driven solutions. The platform frees HR specialists from routine operations, allowing them to focus on solving more complex and meaningful goals. The system is based on artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, Pulse performs the functions of a corporate portal with a news feed, information banners, feedback tools, etc.

Pulse LLC will focus on the development of the platform as an AI assistant. The company will be responsible for operational efficiency, improving manufacturability and stability, as well as expanding the partner network in the international market. Yaroslav Tretyakov has been appointed Director General of the new organization. Previously, he led the Virtual School project at Sberbank and built a digital selection, and since 2019 he has served as operating director at Skillaz.
