2020: The investment attraction from ВЭБ.РФ and Rosatom funds

On October 12, 2020 about 260 million rubles investments from funds became known of involvement of Alphaopen ВЭБ.РФ (Veb Ventures) and "Rosatom" (Orbita Capital). They enclosed in the developer of technologies for smart cities 130 million rubles and in the future intend to provide the additional amount of financing.

The startup intends to spend the means received from investors for development of a software platform of Alphalogic which integrates different solutions (smart sensors, video surveillance, lighting, signaling, etc.) in a unified environment of management. All arriving information on objects is output to the end user that allows to control processes on objects, for example to record threat of the fire or the stranger's input to the building.

Cooperation with the leading funds gives us the chance to develop new and to scale the current directions of business. We are going to strengthen our command, to strengthen the leading position in creation of software products for solutions of "intellectual buildings" and digitalization of city infrastructure and also to expand our product portfolio for the perspective directions in the field of power, transport, the industry, the solutions Smart City — the founder of Alphaopen Alexey Kucheruk reported.

Investments will also allow the company to develop new products. Against the background of influence of a coronavirus of COVID-19 demand for the situational centers and technologies for socially important objects grows. Alphaopen will be engaged in development of profile IT solutions for the spheres which are most injured from a pandemic – schools, hospitals, office centers, hotels. Besides, participation of institutional investors opens for the company a scaling option of projects at the federal level that will allow to improve considerably quality of the urban environment and housing, including in monotowns, reported in the press service of VEB Ventures.^[1]

2011

The ALPHAOPEN company, based on the principle of openness in integration, entered the International forum ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) and will support the Onvif standard as the network client (NVC) in the line of software products of Alphalogic. Support of the Onvif standard will allow our partners at creation of solutions based on software products of Alphalogic to use the wide nomenclature of devices with support of Onvif connected with creation of video surveillance systems. The modern market of complete solutions moves towards simplification of integration and joint participation of products of the different companies within installations. The Onvif standard helps the market of video surveillance systems to be more open, more functional, simplifies creation new and expansion of existing solutions.
