Deliver (Veb Logistika LLC) is the Russian online service of cargo transportation which will organize transportations within the country, providing to cargo owners access to the motor transportation park numbering more than 59 thousand carriers (data for 2017).

2020: Attraction of 500 million rubles of investments from VEB Ventures

At the end of December, 2020 the VEB Ventures investment company entering ВЭБ.РФ invested 500 million rubles in the developer of IT solutions of cargo transportation Deliver and became its shareholder (the share is not specified). It is said in the statement of state corporation.

Deliver will spend the involved investments for scaling of the product, expansion of geography of the project and start of new services for clients and carriers.

VEB Ventures joins shareholders of Deliver – the leading Russian and international investors: To the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and to his Middle Eastern partners, including Mubadala and also to funds A&NN Investments, InVenture Partners and Amereus Group. Support of the acting co-owners, their experience, resources and also possibilities of the ВЭБ.РФ group will allow Deliver to become the steady and long-term leader of a niche, – the CEO of VEB Ventures Oleg Teplov whose words are cited in the press release said.

The founder and the CEO of Deliver Danil Rudakov expressed confidence that the company with assistance of VEB Ventures will be able to become "the undisputed leader in development of digital technologies, but also the largest company of all logistic industry".

According to VEB Ventures, the Russian market of FTL transportations (Full Truck Load is transportations with a full load of the vehicle) in 2019 made 916 billion rubles and will grow on average for 7% annually till 2023.

Deliver signs contracts with cargo owners and pays services of carrier less the commission. The company calls a large retail and producers of convenience goods among the clients. The Deliver platform, using artificial intelligence, it is capable to carry out in the automatic mode scoring of drivers, to monitor their taxation, to increase the number of available transport during the peak periods, to foresee possible delays and deviations and also to provide long-term rate fixation.[1]
