2025: Arenadata bought 20% of 'Solutions Harmony' for ₽100 million
Arenadata acquired 20% in the authorized capital of the IT company Solutions Harmony for ₽100 million. The transaction, fully paid for in cash, was completed on April 14, 2025. According to the information disclosed by PJSC Arenadat Group, the investments are aimed at implementing the partner's product strategy and strengthening its position in the corporate data management solutions market.
According to the press service of Arenadat Group, the company received the right to increase its share in the authorized capital of Solutions Harmony LLC in 2026. The acquired company was created with the participation of one of the largest system integrators with a solution of the MDM (master data management) class - master data management system.
A new product that will expand Arenadata's platform - MDM Harmony (the future name is Arenadata Harmony MDM) - provides intelligent tools for centrally managing, consolidating, normalizing and distributing master data. It effectively standardizes master data, eliminates duplicates, minimizes errors, and ensures compliance with data management regulations.
Ivan Novosyolov, Head of Data Governance at Arenadata Group, General Director of DataCatalog LLC, noted the growing demand from customers for integrated platforms capable of managing data, including master data, and solving problems of improving data quality in various use cases. Given this need and customer experience, a joint Data Governance product roadmap has been developed.
Evgeny Obelov, Technical Director of Solutions Harmony LLC, stressed that joining the Arenadata group will form a single ecosystem of products, thanks to which customers can build and scale a reliable data landscape using seamlessly integrated solutions.
